Belt This!

Cute little find at a Thrift Shop tucked away near the waves of Laguna!  Don't ever let it be said "Can anything good come from being thrifty?"  I answer madly, YES!  This quaint city has a couple of thrift shops--both a hop-coffee--and a jump away!  And so jump away is exactly what I did!

By Beulah, this artistic blouse is so cute it can even be worn sans the belt--but in the case, I say, put a belt on it...and let the blouse speak for itself!
